PR Gaz Haus chain hits 90 stores

Top liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) product provider PR Gaz Haus continues to expand its network in Luzon. Opening three more company outlets in Pampanga and Metro Manila and awarding another franchise in Las Piñas, PR Gaz Haus ups its location tally to 90, to date.

Beefing up its presence in Metro Manila, PR Gaz Haus recently inaugurated two more locations and signed up another franchisee in the region.

First to open was the company outlet in Manggahan, Pasig, the LPG chain’s first store in the city. This was followed, a week after, by the inaugural of the first PR Gaz Haus outlet in Karuhatan, Valenzuela City and the company’s 6th store in NCR. To date, PR Gaz Haus has 11 stores, franchised and company-owned combined, currently operating in Metro Manila.

In Las Piñas, Helena Cortes Manabat, a former overseas Filipino worker, has been awarded the franchise to operate a PR Gaz Haus store in the city. A manager of a trading firm in Jakarta for ten years, Mrs. Manabat is now PR Gaz Haus’ second franchisee in the area. When formally opened, her outlet located along Naga Road in Bgy. Pulanglupa Dos, will be PR Gaz Haus’ 35th in its entire franchise network.

For its provincial operation, PR Gaz Haus has added another store in Pampanga. Located at Lozano Building along Gen. Hizon Avenue in Brgy. Del Pilar, San Fernando City, the outlet is PR Gaz Haus’ 23rd in the area serviced by the company’s LPG-refilling plant in Botolan, Zambales. The LPG company is expected to open more outlets this year.

Coupled with enhanced customer service, the PR Gaz Haus store network is backed by an efficient infrastructure and logistics system. PR Gaz Haus operates its own LPG-refilling plants located in Navotas, Cavite, Pangasinan and Zambales to ensure ample, quality supply of LPG products to customers. Another plant in Gumaca, Quezon is expected to be operational soon.

A turnkey package, investment in a PR Gaz Haus franchise is under P1 million, including the franchise fee. Target areas include Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales and Pangasinan. Franchise applicants can also avail of collateral-free loans from Planters Development Bank in acquiring a PR Gaz Haus franchise.
